LDN project services was set up in 2015 with the aim to utilise only the best trades people within the industry in order to deliver the highest standards of quality, service and innovation within the construction, Fitout, facilities and maintenance sector. We aim to stand out amongst the crowd.

With that in mind we only work with the right people, and treat every project as unique, we will only use the right people for the right job – those who adopt only the highest industry standards with regards to health & safety, environmental awareness and those that can deliver exceptional craftmanship. Additionally, we choose to work with those like ourselves who strive to adopt our core beliefs and who represent themselves in a professional manner in order to lift our client’s expectations with the intention of building ever lasting relationships.

We aspire to be the last services contractor you will ever need.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

• Site surveys for works to be quoted
• Survey of the existing welfare facilities for our employees to use whilst we conduct our works
• Regular site inspections and monitoring of customer feedback on not only works conducted, but also image & attuite of all staff.
• An in depth snagging & rectification of defects programme
• a customer complaints procedure
• selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria & specifications
• training and development for our employees
• regular audit of our internal processes
• measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
• management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly.

As Managing Director, I have ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.

The policy review date is February 2027
